起種方法:

將25g酵母粉放入已經消毒完成且放涼的玻璃樽, 加入室溫水50g, 充分攪拌後加蓋但不密閉, 以28度放置24小時, 放入冰箱冷藏6小時休息，完成後，即可當一般酵母取用。

儲存及使用份量:

起種完成後, 放0-4度雪櫃冷藏, 建議7天內使用完畢

每次試用份量係麵粉既8%, 即係250g麵粉, 就需用250 × 8%＝20g預發完成的酵母
